Need a good motherboard for a gaming PC!

So at the moment i have found 2 motherboards.
I will be doing alot of gaming, skype, small recording and editing and alot of web browsing, youtube ect
Which of these mother boards would be best? I'm new to PC'S and dont know what to look for :/

You should not cheap out and buy the 138 dollar one because it is little better and the diference whould be noticeable when gaming. So I advice you to buy http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Z87-GD65-GAMING-Motherboard-USB3-0-LGA1150/dp/B00CXOMII8#productDetails . I hope that I helped you.

a couple extra SATA ports, PCthe 65 hasI-E I believe is the same 3 full ea w/ 4 x1 slots

if for the two you list
MSI Z87-GD65 is better
but why dont you get z97 series?
like msi z97 gaming 5?

I wouldn't go with either of those boards. As seen here, they're lower tiered boards than the Gaming 5 as mentioned above, which is actually less expensive anyhow:

^^^^This is probably the best gaming board for the price range. Certainly much better than either of those Z87 boards and compatible with anything they are. No reason for a Z87 board when a better Z97 board can be had for the same price or less and has more and better features.
