Mother board replacement

I need a mother board to replace an asus m3a32-mvp deluxe mother board and it can not be another m3a32-mvp deluxe. The board I have now is not compatable with windows 7 and the new one has to be as windows xp is going by the wayside. I want to use all my old parts. Can anyone suggest another board please?

Sorry forgot to mention processor and equipment.

Dual Radeon HD 3870 512MB video cards.
AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3HZ Socket AM2+ Quadcore Processor.
Corsair Dominator DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

Might check the ASRock A785GM-LE, it runs DDR2, will need to check CPU compatibility as you don't have CPU listed
