UPDATE: looked up xNtkrnl.exe this is a pirate version of windows created from Odin The Hardware Independent Activator crack tool. You really should get a non pirate version on windows.

Windows 7 Kernel Version 7601 (Service Pack 1) MP (6 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
Built by: 7601.18113.amd64fre.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533
System Uptime: 0 days 0:08:21.913

debugger has no symbols for your kernel (xNtKrnl.exe)

Probably caused by : tcpip.sys ( tcpip!IpFlcReceivePreValidatedPackets+2d4 )

at first look i would update e1q62x64.sys Thu Jul 08 15:07:00 2010
it looks like Intel(R) Gigabit Adapter

it is a wired, built into the board. Crosshair IV Extreme. Got the driver from asus official website before this happened. (I reformatted my pc like last month.

first guess is bug in your network card driver (update the driver from the manufacture)
second guess is outdated antivirus scanning software (un install, demo version of antivirus)

beyond that I would need to see a copy of the memory dump, you can put it on a cloud share
if you want

any ideas of how to get the memory dump? (Win 7 SP1 Ultimate)

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the Advanced tab, and then under Startup and Recovery, click Settings (or Startup and Recovery).
Under System Failure, click to select the check boxes for the actions that you want Windows to perform if a system error occurs:

it should also show you where the memory dump is being placed. it will have a file extension of .dmp by default
the name and location will depend on your system settings. often it is memory.dmp
in c:\windows\minidump
or in c:\windows\memory.dmp

I actually have to connect the windows debugger to the crash dump file and look at the information.
you can post the binary file on a cloud server with guest access so I can down load it to my local machine.
skydrive work if you post it in your public directory with guest access

One of our moderators has checked and agrees that this is not a legitimately activated copy of Windows. I am closing the thread, as these are against forum rules. If we are wrong, please feel free to appeal with a PM (Private Message.)

Further posts on the same OS instance without evidence of legitimate activation may result in a ban. Sorry to come on so hard, but we have to enforce the rules. I hope that updating the Gigabit adapter drive solves your problem.
