Raw memory card problem

It was all going fine. I was playing games on my android and then I uninstalled an app and then suddenly everything changed. When i checked my micro sd card to install a new app i saw all the music and pictures and other stuff were gone and there was some file in unknown language. Being confused I restart my phone, and form then my phone is showing "Blank SD card". I cant even format my SD card. I dont want to get my old stuffs back I just want to make my card usable again. Can anyone help me?

Try connecting it with card reader & format with your PC, see if it allows to do that way. If yes then you can use the same card in your mobile phone again.
