Is the GTX 650 ti boost overclocked from the GTX 650?

Im having a Little dispute with a friend. Hahah. He is sure that the GTX 650 ti Boost is overclocking the 650 ti. But I am sure that they are completely different cards. I need some evidence that they are different cards!

sorry to be clear, the 650, 650ti 650ti BOOST and 660 are all on the same GK106... the 650ti has the same shader count as the 650ti BOOST, but the 650ti BOOST has the same memory configuration as the 660.

the end result is it's a different card with the same chip... with the boosted parts around it (particularly the memory speed) it performs much closer to the 660 then the 650ti... and no amount of overclocking that 650ti will make it match the BOOST... ever, as the parts are different.
