I'm going to buy 3 Radeon R9 270. Is there a card that can perform better than those 3 together? They must be AMD.

R9 290 & R9 290X

Can use to mine and game at the same time if you lower mining intensity

I would never mine and game simultaneously, o_o. Which version is overclockable? Are you sure one R9 290 can outperform 3 R9 270s?

2x R9 270s are slightly slower than a single R9 280X and 3x R9 270 in crossfire is not possible as they only support 2 way config so a R9 290/290X is much faster
