New builder. I'm building my first gaming pc. Am3+, 2 8gb corsair vengeance for ram, samsung 120gb ssd, gtx 760, 2tb seagate, and corsair gs700 psu. When I turn on the pc it starts, the red light comes on, goes off, then comes on again and shuts down. Here is a video of the problem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YajgHUi8454. Thanks
