Hi, im from malaysia..actually I already write a thread about this but I cant find my thread coz I write this from a mobile phone..ha3 :wahoo:

Ok here the thing, I want to build an atx desktop that meant for graphics design and mid-end gaming.. im not sure what overclock can do but I intend to OC the pc if necessary..

So far what I research here is the cpu and mobo.. so my budget is RM3000 aka approximately $900..since I already pick the cpu n mobo that left me around $492.. stuff in malaysia is damn expensive.. becoz of the currency :pfff:..

So here my choice so far..
i5-3570k
Asus p8z77-v

Help me suggest better choice if can..

For the gpu, im thinking to pick Amd over nvidia, but which one is better? As for amd, whats the difference between R series and HD series? which one is better HD 7790 or R7 260X (cant pick any higher that this it'll make my budget burst)..

So plz help me with the gpu, ram, psu, ssd, hdd, and what else should be included? Im not so sure..ha3:lol:

Yeah and 1 more thing, should I choose mobo lga 1150 instead lga 1155 for the future proof?

Is there other countries that sell cheap stuff but high quality (which includes the shipping fees and all):D

Really need all the help I can get sooo plzzz help me..and sory for the bad english..tq

CPU, GPU, Mobo, RAM everything is important for gaming. The most important is GPU. So, never compromise on GPU.

I forgot to add an extra detail..this budget are only for the cpu...its exclude the monitor, OS, keyboard, mouse, speaker...is it ok for solid build?

Btw, which part are the most important for graphics design n gaming? Is it the cpu, mobo, gpu, ram or all combines?
