Red Screening and Auto restart

Whenever I play a game like assassins creed 4 and minecraft my pc either restarts itself or has this bright red screen about 20 mins into the game.

Its not over heating because my pc is always at around 39*c

If anyone has any ideas please tell me, it is starting to annoy me..

Pc Specs:

OS: windows 8.1
Mother board: Gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3
Graphics card: HD Radeon 7750 4gb
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 six core processor
RAM: 16gb 1333mhz

Not familiar with that PSU. I don't know the specs of it. It COULD be a PSU problem, but with a 7750, 650w it more than enough and I can't imagine there aren't enough Amps on the 12v rail. Drivers up to date? Could possibly be a RAM problem?
