Decent gaming PC for about $600-$700

My budget for the PC I want is about 650-700 dollars. I would prefer a prebuilt PC but I heard that they are over priced compared to one that you build yourself. That being stated I wouldn't mind building my own if I can get a better PC but I've never built one and it looks very confusing and hard. The games I plan on playing are Diablo 3, GMod, and Arma II. I would like to be able to play on at least medium-high settings if possible. Thanks in advanced.
