Will a gtx 660 or 760 work with a 550 watt power supply that has 2 12v 16 amp rails?

The psu I have is a cooler master extreme power plus 550w. Model RS-550-PCAR-E3. I have an i7-3770 @3.4GHz with 16 GB RAM.
If I am reading the power supply specs correctly it has 2 +12v rails with 16 amps each.
I need to know if my system can support a 2gig sc gtx 760. If not, would it support the 660?
