Hi

I am building a new gaming pc with the following components :
Asus Z87-pro
i5 4670k
Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO
8gb ram 2133
Asus Gtx 770 or 780
Samsung EVO 2.5'' 120 GB SSD
WD 1 TB 3.5'' HDD
Zalman Z11 plus mid case

So for PSU have a budget up to 100 £.
I am not planning to go SLI in the near feature but I am planning to go OC at some point
From what I have read I shall go for a bit more higher in W for temperature and efficiency.

First question : If I want to have the option and go OC but still no SLI will I be ok with a 650 W PSU or shall I stick to a 750 W ?

Second question : I got some PSUS here help me choose one pls:
XFX

1. XFX 650 W XXX ( Bronze) -Black edition - 80 £
2. XFX 750 W XXX (Bronze)- Black edition - 88 £
Corsair

1. TX 650 V2 ( BRONZE) - 80£
2. RM 650 (GOLD) - about 100£
3. RM 750 ( GOLD) - about 115£

Please let me know :)

Thanks

XFX power supplies are much better quality choose one of them. They are made by the best SEASONIC.

For only 8 extra £ get the XFX 750W.

Thanks although I seen than MX 750 V2 is also made by SEASONIC. Thats why I am in a dilemma. I guess in the end I will go for the XFX 750 W.

Thanks a lot. If anyone else has another opinion let me know as soon as possible.

I usually go 650watt for single GPU

And 850watts for dual GPU & OC'ing.....

I recommend you push the budget a bit to get an 850watt. These power supplies come with 5 to 7 year (Corsair) warranties, so, your going to have it for a LONG time. Either brand is a good choice ....
