So, I've been recently making bench-marking videos using both FRAPS and MIRILLIS ACTION. They're very successful, however I'm not sure how (if there is a way) to make it so it also records the FPS counter so I can show the viewers what exact FPS I'm getting while recording/not recording. Thanks.

Solution

If I'm not wrong doesn't mirillis action have an option to enable the overlay in recording?
Ok there is, go to settings and click the 5th tab, the one with the monitor icon, de-tick "Do not record HUD in games and applications"

I guess I could, however they wouldn't be able to see the different FPS through different areas/terrains in the games that I'm playing which, in DayZ Standalone, definitely differs from cities to fields.
