Hi,

I'm currently looking for parts to make a custom water cooling system. I'm new to this form of cooling and I don't know which brand of parts or where I should buy these. I live in Canada if that can help.

Thanks a lot!

Newegg doesn't have any custom water stuff, FrozenCPU is one of the bigger retailers for custom water gear in North America, same with PerformancePC's. NCIX also have a fair bit of water-cooling gear, which might be more convenient given your in Canada.
Brands, the big names like XSPC, EK, Koolance, Heatkiller, Phobya, Swiftech and Bitspower are all good to use. Water-cooling is a very enthusiast-heavy market with a relatively high risk associated with it, if your products suck, you have the enthusiasts bashing it and a lot of horror stories to go with it, so only good manufacturers are left.

My suggestion is you start your research here, it will explain to you the theory behind water-cooling and roughly what to look for...

This video series is a more hands-on approach and shows how it is physically done.

From there, ask any remaining questions and pull together a loop you think will work, post it for feedback. Unlike a system build, we dont typically just give you a parts list when it comes to water-cooling.
