Basically im on a budget of x amount, I can't decide if i should get the Intel i5 4670k with Gtx 660 or AMD Fx 8350 with Gtx 760.

All the other components will be the same and both builds having 8gb Ram.

What? Why would you upgrade from a 660 to a 760 in a few years? And what do you mean without buying loads of different parts?

The 8350 with a 760 will be able to handle 1080p games for awhile, it pretty much maxes out everything out right now at 1080p, the 660 does not.

For gaming purposes definitely the 8350 + 760, the 760 gets much better performance.

the 8350 and 760 will draw more power, but not too much more.

second option once again to get a better performance at the first place is GPU then it comes to CPU also fx 8350 is great same as i5 at some point , but I5 can be little bit better but you can't see the difference because its very low

I have have the same configuration and i was stuck with the same problem of choosing that GPU to purchase.

AMD Fx 8350 with Gtx 760 is a good option , but you will unnecessarily draw too much of power also the cost will be higher,
A slightly lower performance will b with GTX 660 Alone. But will will draw low power and will remain much cool.

Also to be noted in both cases its Either Gtx 660 or AMD Fx 8350 with will take the load and not the Gtx 760 as it will comparatively low in performance then the other two cards. :)
