Stock settings, stock cooler, avg idle 34c , max load 93c. (i stop it, look like to go higher up..)

well you should try repasting and reseating the heatsink. Other than that check and see if your voltage isnt lke 1.5v or something, try resetting the bio/cmos. If all else fails call intel and see if they got any suggestions, maybe you got a bad chip?

load it then see what you vcore is. having 0.888 tells me that you checked at idle

well thats not too high or nothing so vcore is not your problem. Try like i said repaste and reseate everything. You might have a bad chip, but i highly doubt it. You should also get a aftermarket cooler, regardless of if it was running at even 60 degrees at full load. Spending 30 dollars on a cooler and making it run alot cooler and saving lifespan is alot better than buying a new cpu cause it overheated too many times

Update BIOS and reseating the heatsink and the problem was reduced..
BUT still temperature goes up to 80c in the first five minutes

I send e-mail to intel and they sent me a new cooler. Lets see if problem stops.
Otherwise i'll RMA the cpu..

Thanks again!
