PSU Buzzing sound

Hi, i just moved my computer to a different area in my room, i am using a different outlet than before, (i am also using a surge protector connected to the outlet) and ever since, my psu (corsair AX850w) has been making a buzzing sound, its not to lound but its noticable, i just need to know if this can harm my computer

I've had an issue where the screen moved and is being whacked by the fan and other odd things... pull it from the case and take the fan guard off and see it there is any sign of something rubbing on it. if there is no sign of this, leave the fan guard off and reconnect it. Power it up... buzzing still?
