cjnnewman has good build but could save some money and get cheaper case like fractal for $100 and that power supply is overkill add the money up and you can invest into an SSD instead. i edited his build a little bit here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2wm1O

DDR3-1600 is adequate for gaming, the jump to 1866 or higher yields tiny performance boosts
The HCG 620M PSU is Seasonic built and more than enough to run this system
