Will this case fit a new motherboard?

Hello,

I have a Dell Optiplex 960. I am looking to put a new motherboard in it. It has the stock one now.
This is the one im looking to mount in it. Will it work?

That motherboard is ATX. It isn't immediately noticable to me if the Optiplex 960 has ATX form factor or something else.

My bet is to measure the motherboard to be sure.

If it's 12 × 9.6 in (305 × 244 mm) then that is ATX.
