Won't load 1 website (all others are fine)

Running win 7, chrome w/ adblocker plus / hola / reddit enhancement. everything up to date. Never had this issue before.

Starting 4 days ago, my computer will not load liveleak.com chrome/IE neither will load that site alone... Every other site is fast and loads. My phone (wifi on the same internet connection) can load liveleak fine.

Run CCcleaner yesterday, live leak loads great. Today, liveleak will not load, chrome or IE but will load instantly on my phone.

Whats wrong, how do I fix it?

Try using a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer). I am sure that all those add-ons are available for at least Firefox. I use Firefox, and It is fine. I have just tried installing Adblocker+, and that did not affect it for me, and then Hola, and neither did that(Hola is a cool add-on I didn't know about it thanks man). I already have RES, so I suggest you might have to try another browser, or updating your current one.

IE and Chrome have the same issue. IE has no addons.

It's not a ISP block, my phone gets it. Same connection. If I run CCcleaner, it works, then hours later won't connect to it.
