is antistatic wrist band is necessary?

i bought a k282 cooler master cabinet that cabinet has no any naked metal part they all painted with black colour. some people give me advice that touch metal part of your case every few seconds which discharge your electricity but as u know my case do not have any naked metal part. i do not have anti statiic wrist band , mat and gloves. what should i supposed to do. because i am going to build a new pc very soon. i do not want to damage my products. please help?

Don't wear a wool sweater :) while working with your computer. Seriously.

Some places are more prone to static electricity like places that actually experience a Winter, or out West. Dry air tends to produce more static electricity.

Do you have a desk you can work from and does this desk have any metal parts?

I wouldnt say its a necessity, I've built and repaired more PCs than I can remember and I've never used one. Though the conditions of the room you build in might have some effect, ie carpeting and whatever.
 
Unles you are swinging your feet while seated above carpeting you just don't need to ground yourself that often. Ground yourself before sitting down to do your work and again after getting up and walking around (before coming back to work) and you will be fine.

yes i have desk . desk is made by wood buut it has not metal parts. but my floor is made by marble. will that help i f a build my pc with naked foots
