I Need Help Upgrading my Computer PLEASE!!

Ok so i have no idea what to do so i need help. I have a hp p7-1267c. I want to upgrade this pc to a decent gaming computer. I dont know where to start.. I cant buy anything expensive my budget is around 200 dollars. Can you guys please help me upgrade this pc to a decent gaming pc.

Has a PCIe 16x slot and a strong CPU, so good start. The PSU won't be enough for anything more than a 7750, if you go that route make sure its the 1GB GDDR5 version. If you wanted to use up your budget you could get a CX430 and 650Ti Boost, you'd have a pretty fast setup after that.
