I have an i5 4670k overclocked to 4.2ghz paired with an corsair h80i which cools it very well, but i always have one core that's warmer than the other 3, my friends say this is normal, and theirs do the same. Can anyone confirm this for me? The core that runs warmer runs about 3 to 5c warmer.

rogue cores are normal as long as it's not too far off from the other cores

Your fine, it's the one carrying the biggest or most continuous load
