the Motherboard has 2 PCI-E x16 slots and supports crossfire, that means you can do crossfire with dual 7770's

Put them in their PCIeX16 slots and attach the bridge connector. The CCC should recognize the added card. If so, you may have to enter CCC and manually enable crossfire. But for best results, you may want to uninstall the CCC/driver and re-install the latest BETA driver. The beta driver contains the new Frame Pacing to eliminate micro stutter in crossfire.

You MB's 2nd PCIe X16 slot is only X4 electrically, so you may not get full benefit from adding a 2nd card. In fact, the slower 2nd card may actually slow down the 1st card.

I hope you are right. I'll tell you what happened to me with a pair of HD 6850s @ X16, X4. Some games showed a very slight increase in frame rate, and other games actually showed a decrease in frame rate... over the single card. I wish you luck.

Like any other product some prefer amd some NVidia I have had both sides and then some before they where the great 2 they are now .. I am crossfiring myself 2 7770 and if I had to do it again and had the funds I would have done the r 270 x or r280 but I have not encounted any problems or slowdowns with my crossfire solution but the 7770 isn't the fastest card out on the market either.. Hope this helps.

I like them both. I have both now. I've never been partial to one over the other. Although I do like Nvidia's Control Panel and their GeForce Experience better than AMD's CCC and their Gaming Evolved App.
