Ok hey guys i am new on toms hardware but i read many forums on it and i really loved it. My question is the title, so i first really wanted a razer's blade, but it gets too hot so then it is alienware. After all the laptop crap, i decided to get a desktop, i was thinking about a alienware x51 but then it is expensive and not that good. So i landed on desktops, how do i make a portable gaming pc, what do i need, budget is below $2000, thanks

Added an ATX mobo, mid tower case (which looks badass), and windows 7.
I like windows 7 a little more so I'd go with it instead of 8
