I have done everything, I had a Canon Pixma Mg2520 and was able to print. During a break of 10 min. I came back to my work trying to print what I saved in My Downloads & it would not ever print again, but it did copy and scan. I used it til I ran out of ink and then bought a Pixma Mg3222 so I could go wireless, but the printer has NEVER worked; I was able to use it for copy and scan also. Why are the printers not compatabile? Is it a problem within Microsoft/Dell/or Canon? And please tell me there is an easy fix to this and how to do it? I've tried nearly everything and am left with an error message that I need a WIA device installed. I am angry and frustrated to no end and want to know who to complain to. Not everyone has the funds these days to keep buying, and buying what may just only be a temporary fix. Please HELP, time is of the essence and either have to fixthis immediately or return for a refund to buy another that WILL BE compatable.
