This is the current state of the PC I'm working with:

Fractal Design Core 1000 MicroATX Case
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 mATX Motherboard
AMD FX-4130 Processor
GeForce GTX+ 9800
8GB DDR3 RAM (4x2GB setup)
600watt (non-modular, crap/unknown) Power Supply
128GB SSD for OS and 1TB HDD for storage

On a $300 budget what would be the best way to improve this build? Thinking about a modular power supply to help clean the inside of the build, but am also looking for some better performance, maybe from an AMD FX-6350. This build mostly used for RTS gaming and some FPS stuff. Besides that, just general use (internet, browsing, etc).

Thanks!
