Building new PC - Any+All Advice Needed

Heres my Ideas:

I will take any suggestions

I Am building a new PC on a 850$-ish budget. I am mainly wondering if this combination of hardware will work together. I also would like opinions on how it will preform and any suggestions that you would like to offer, but remember I am on a budget. I want to know all the details about any problems if you can provide them. I play games ranging from Terraria to Battlefield 4. I can put PCs together very well, but I have trouble checking to see if all the specifications will match. Im pretty sure it will run fine, but I want your guys opinions. I want to run High Graphics Settings, and be able to record gameplay. I'm not Hardcore but enjoy gaming alot so I am willing to settle for less if I have to.

One last thing, will the processor support Windows 8 64-Bit?
HDD and RAM I don't have questions on. I plan on 16Gb of RAM and a Solid-State Drive.

Thanks!

That build would work, but a 7870 would be better.

Yeah, I know. I would love the 7870, but I really am trying to save money. I might consider it when i need to upgrade, but first i just want to put something together.
Thank You

Well, upgrading from a 7850 to a 7870 would be kinda dumb. You could get the 7870 if you got a cheaper case.

For gaming, 16 GB its a bit overkill atm IMHO. You can get a better graphics card for the extra 8GB. I own the 7850 2GB OC, but i suggest that you get the 7870 ;)  it is much cheaper than the r9 270x and performs very similar

I have minimized the cost of everything and have shopped around for the best deals. I love the look of the case, its really the only thing i haven't gone down to a cheaper model on.

Thank you. Now that two people have suggested the 7870 i will definitely consider it.

Alright. 8gb would make more sense too.
