Game freezes and then not able to click main display

This has been happening recently this week. Sometimes, my games would freeze, and when I alt-tab out, I'm not able to click on anything on my main display. The mouse cursor stays as the in-game cursor. When I move it to my second monitor, everything's fine. I'm not sure what's going on. It's never happened before.

PC:
CPU: i5-3570K
MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO
RAM: 2x4GB G. Skills 2133MHz
PSU: Inland 750W Gold 80+
GPU: ASUS GTX 770 2GBOC

The first thing I would be suspicious of would be the PSU from what I could find out Inland is not a very good PSU by a long shot. Beyond that what is the GPU and CPU temp at the time of these Freezes/Crashes?

Yeah, I know the PSU is suspicious, but it hasn't crapped on me yet lol. I OC'd my CPU to 4.5GHz and the temp for that was at 70. GPU is OC'd a little bit and the temp only hit 50.
