Hey Tom's hardware. What duo you think of my build
1. Antec 900
2. Gigabyte Ga-990fxa-ud3
3. Raidmax rx-1000ae 1000w
4. Amd fx-9370 black edition processor
5. 4 tb hdd
6. 16 gb ddr3 ram
7. Gtx 770 4gb
Let me know what you experts think about my first build.

I am saying you are wasting your money getting that CPU. If you need to save money, AMD offers great value with the FX-8320. If you want to drop $300 on a CPU, then you should be getting an i7-4770K because it is better.
One thing to note at least from what I could find is that the Gigabyte Ga-990fxa-ud3 must be rev. 4 to support that CPU. Anything lower and the CPU is not supported according to Gigabyte. And I do not know of anyway to tell from Newegg what revision board you would be getting. Really for the small overclock and much higher price I would just get the AMD FX-8350 or FX-8320 and overclock it. There really is no additional feature set included in the FX-9370 other than needing a 220w Thermal Design Power where as the FX-8350 only needs 125 Thermal Design Power. And I think that is also why it only works with specific motherboard revisions.
Plus you did not list a Heatsink/Fan and from what I can tell the FX-9370 does NOT come with one.

1. The FX-8320 is all you need. It can overclock well and the price premium on that 9370 is not worth it when you can get the i7-4770K instead.

2. Good motherboard choice.

3. Stay away from anything Raidmax, especially PSUs. If you plan on SLI, look for an 850 watt PSU from Antec/SeaSonic/Corsair/PC Power & Cooling/XFX. If you don't plan on SLI, 650 watts is plenty.

4. 8GB is plenty of RAM, you won't gain any performance from all that extra RAM, and only get 16 if you have programs that can utilize it.

5. Take your savings from the RAM and CPU, and get a GTX780 instead.

6. The Antec 900 has lousy cable management, you can do a lot better. Take a look at the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2.
