ok so this is my first build and I plan on using it for gaming on high graphics settings and just for day to day usage. and in future I plan on adding a second gtx 760 in sli

here are the parts I plan on using
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990fx rev 2 $218
Case: Cooler Master N500 $67
GPU: 2Gb Gtx 760 $309
CPU: Amd AM3+ FX-8320 $189
SSD: Kingston V300 128GB SSD $95
HDD: Seagate Sata3 2TB $96
Ram: Kingston 1600 8Gb kit $89
PSU: GS700-V2 $125

so anyway
1.will this build work
2.would you recommend any different parts for this build
3.what brand gpu should I go for (msi, Gigabyte or Asus
4.could I do sli with 2 gtx 760's

I might actually backtrack on that suggestion and say you'll be fine with the N500. To give you an idea of how much space you'll have:

That is the N500 by the way. You *might* have enough space in there for two 760s if you want to stay with that case, but then I would suggest that you get a case fan for the side vent to blow hot air out/blow cold air in.

That being said, check these articles:

1) Your build will work.
2) Yes. A bigger case. That small mid tower will make your eventual second GPU *very* cramped and very close to your power supply.
3) All of the GPU brands you mentioned are good, as well as EVGA.
4) Not without a bigger case. Look for a wider/slightly taller mid tower, or a "smallish" full tower case.

Lots of sub-$100 cases and pictures to go with too if you want other options, to give you an idea of how much room mid-towers give. But after looking at it more, you could probably get by in the N500, my roommate is running dual 460s right now, just consider putting a fan on the side of the case to help out with heat dissipation.
