Depends on which games you are playing. You can run all games, but lets take BF4 as an example, you won't be able to play max there, but on high settings. Your PC is decent, but you'll need to upgrade your GPU in a year or two if you want stay updated with the new games that are coming out soon.

Solution
Your CPU is OK you have enough ram. But I would not push the PSU to hard Cooler Master PSU are not really the greatest. The GTX 650 is not really a very good gaming GPU at all. For most modern games you could manage low to mid settings and my need to keep the resolution lower than 1080p. So setting the graphics to medium and resolution to 720p might give you a good frame rate.
