Well i was playing games normally such as Just Cause 2 multiplayer and Black Ops 2 on max settings and it was going alright i had around 50-60 FPS and i had fun playing them. 2 days ago i wanted to play some Just Cause 2 multiplayer and i join a server everything is good then like 5 minutes into the game fps drops from 50-60 to 10-15 and i cant play normally and same thing happened to black ops 2 i scanned for virus and malware and found nothing even used some pc tune up programs to try and fix something and i cleaned the dust i really dont know what else to try since i am going MAD please help me i really dont know what else to try and how to fix this problem.. also i forgot to say that lowering settings does nothing but reduce my game quality what i mean is that it doesnt help at all

Have you unparked your cores? Also PC "Tune" programs are 90% of the time complete Sh*t.

im sorry im not quite of pc pro can you explain what does unparking cores mean and how do i do it? its not always low fps i was playing black ops 2 like 10 minutes ago and i was playing fine fps around 50 then suddenly game like lags for a second and then becomes normal again and that circle keeps happening i dont know how to explain its like 1 second lag 1 second normal :S
