What wattage PSU do you have?

Is your Windows 64bit?

You could look for a 4GB kit which is DDR2 667Mhz

"2 x DIMM, max. 4GB, DDR2 667/533 MHz, non-ECC, un-buffered memory
Dual channel memory architecture
* Refer to www.asus.com or user manual for Memory QVL (Qualify Vendor List)
**When installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, WindowsR 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Hence, a total installed memory of less than 3GB is recommended."

If your PSU wattage is 400W then get this maybe?
