Hey guys!
My PC is lagging a lot - CPU is usually at 50+% (I really don't know why)
While I'm running a game, almost 80% of RAM gets filled up
All games that NEVER used to lag before lag a lot now,
Stuff like DOTA2, CS:GO etc that I used to play at ultra, lag at even low settings now!!
I'm able to get max 15 fps at lowest res and settings!!!!
While gaming the CPU usage is always at 100%
And, my bios battery fails constantly, I have to set the date and time in the bios, EVERY day. Just fails everyday.
Specs - C2D E2180 2GHz, 2 GB ram.
I think it might be my power supply.......I've seen such cases before...but can't say anything.
I ran a FULL virus scan with MSE, no threats.
WTH?
Any solutions?

with a bad cmos battery your mb is losing it settings. I would replace the battery and reset your settings and make sure there holding. then i run malware bytes scan and hitman pro scan. then use msconfig and under start up tabs turn stuff off that you dont need in start up to free up ram. update your motherboard chipset drivers and video card drivers. check that the cpu and gpu fans are working. check with gpu-z that your video card is working fine. run ccleaner and defrag to clean up your drive. use cpu-z to make sure your ram running at the right speed after the cmos replacement.

some software will not read all mb right. the cpu temp is hot. check that it locked down and the fan is moving. use the bios temp and voltages see if there reading right.

Yes, the fan works, reported at 2000+ RPM. So I just removed the cooler, the thermal paste was almost gone, I replaced that with artic silver, it runs everything fine now!
Thank you!
