When powering up the power supply has correct voltages, fans run but nothing else happens. No HD running, no video output. Help!

Open up your case and start up your computer, if you don't use a Solid State Drive, listen if the HDD is making a noise, if it clicks, the HDD is bad, if it makes no sound, something else is broken (probably motherboard).
