Considering that the market for consumer-based 1 Gbps providers is extremely small, you should be contacting your ISP for a 90% drop in your speed...especially since you're apparently able to afford hundreds of dollars a month just for your Internet connection.

Assuming, of course, that you didn't realize that 1 Gbps (1 billion bits/second) is actually 100-125 MBps (100-125 million bytes/second).
