Best Version of Windows for Graphics???

I really don't know how else to ask it. Is Windows 7 pro better than Windows 8 pro for achieving better FPS in games and getting better 3D marks??. I was wondering this because I heard that Windows 8 will give you better results for BF4. but I checked around and now I am led to believe that Windows 7 gives you better performance in anygame due to....whatever. I know no two systems are exactly the same. And I Did make the decision of buying Windows 8 pro for my PC last year when some said not to. I was doing some benchmarking and I am off but 400 points in the Unigine Heaven Scores for a GTX 770 and i 3570k in most cases i am off by 200 and they are all running win 7 pro....any thoughts??
