Which build should i take?

I am wondering which build should i take for gaming. Here they are:
1)First build:
ASROCK Z87 EXTREME4
INTEL CORE i7-4770K
KINGSTON 8GB DDR III HyperX (I will buy a second one in future)
GIGABYTE GTX770 (4gb)
COOLER MASTER GX 750W

2)Second build:
ASROCK Z87 EXTREME4
INTEL CORE i5-4670K
KINGSTON 8GB DDR III HyperX (I will buy a second one in future)
GIGABYTE GTX780 (3gb)
COOLER MASTER GX 750W

I am on a budget and i can't decide which would be better for gaming. I live in Bulgaria and they both are on the same price. I am also planning to overclock in future. I would really appreciate if you could help me out! :)

If you're not going to edit/render, then you should definitely pick the second one with the i5 and the 780, it will perform much better than the i7 and the 770, because there is almost no difference between an i7 and an i5 in gaming.
