I had been planning on getting a GTX 760 or R9 270X when I saw the card go on a $200 sale and jumped on it. I then realized after that it was a long, thick videocard; wasn't entirely sure if my case/mobo can take it.

I verified that there would be enough room on the mobo and places for the rubber supports. My other concern is that my psu may not be able to supply enough power.

The recommended power supply wattage given by Gigabyte for the card is 650W and I am planning on overclocking the processor. However, after some searching I found many builds using a 620W power supply for the GTX 680 and HD 7970.

Main Concern: Does my PSU supply enough power for the system when overclocking the cpu?

I already have the mobo, cpu cooler, power supply (willing to replace) and computer case. I realize that the case does not have usb 3.0 headers but I've always plugged things in the back anyways.

Please let me know if any changes should happen!

That power supply is definitely fine, the minimum's the GPU companies state are almost always a good 100-200 high on what is really needed. For example, most systems won't use over 400w under full system load.

Edit: To add, I have an overclocked, overvolted 4670k with an overclocked, overvolted 760 HAWK with a 550w PSU. As long as it is a good brand with 80+ rating, you will be fine.
