Best sound card under $50-$75?

Hi guys-
I just bought the parts to my new PC, i5 4670K, ASRock Extreme3, 8gb of G.Skill ram.
What would be the best sound card for it, under $50? I can push it up to $75, but nothing much more than that.

I think the cheapest and best option is to use the onboard.

Yes, I know that the cheapest option is to use on board, but I do want really good audio. Unless the on board is amazing, I'd like to pick up a discreet card for audio.
