What is UNLOCKED i7 4770K CPU ?
I am a newbie, how to unlock i7 4770K ?

What are the advantages of unlocking ?

The k suffix means that cpu is unlocked. Basically this makes for easier overclocking since you can change the multiplier to any value you want and don't need to change the bus speed to overclock. CPU clock speed = bus clock x multiplier.
