After running windows update (this is what I updated http://i.imgur.com/KGfCDAn.png ) my computer is randomly freezing. About ~10 hours after that update I started experiencing random freezes and sound loop. They would last for a second or so. There would be a few of these and then the final one would happen to where my computer would lock up completely. No blue/black screen. Just a freeze. I think I am past the point to where I can restore to before I did the update. Is there any way to know what is causing these freezes?
I have defraged and ran virus/malware/spyware programs. I also did the disk error check and everything was clean and fine.
I think it might be a driver issue though I'm not sure. I am not sure how to fix it if it is. In the windows logs I got this error:
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&1&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_MULTI&PROD_FLASH_READER&REV_1.00#058F0O1111B1&0#.

The kernal power is probably from when I had to force a restart when it froze.
