how to make more space for the local disk(C:)

in my hard disk drivers, i have

local disk (C:)
and
new volume (E:)

and each splat 100GB and i wanna put all those GB's from new volume (E:) and drag it in local disk (C:)

and then i wanna remove new volume (E:)

how do i do it? it looks like this

how do i do this? and why is new volume (E:) full? when i enter it theres only files like

DELL-PC
windowimagebackuo
mediaID.bin

i dont see how these 3 files take up the whole 100 GB

Looks like there is a windows image back up file in there. So it is a backup of you full windows install. Hence the large size. You could free up alot of that 100GB by moving those files to an external drive if you have one.
