Can't access Facebook

I have recently gotten a WIndows 8 and since then I have not been able to access Facebook period on anything(FF,Chrome,IE) and am getting annoyed with it. I also ran a sfc/scannow and came up with no problems. Any solutions on how to fix this?

this is what I keep getting and I have tried all of those solutions too and still nothing

This page can't be displayed

•Make sure the web address https://www.facebook.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
•Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security

I don't think it is as my mom's laptop and my dad's laptop can both get to facebook while mine can't. I don't think I have admin access to the router.

My laptop is having this same problem and my mom certainly isn't blocking Facebook from my laptop. Other suggestions?
