i have problem with my Fans on gigabyte gtx 760...when i first start my GPU fans went to 90% speed and i cant change it.....OC Guru,afterburner sai its only 20% but when i turned it on 90 % speed i didnt hear different between 20% and 90% speed fan...where is the problem?
