im buying the AMD A10-6800K Black Edition, FM2, 4MB, 4.1GHz, Radeon HD 8670D
and i got ASROCK n68c-gs-fx will it work? i be rly happy if reply :)

The ASROCK n68c-gs-fx can only use 95 WATT AM3+ processors. If you already have the motherboard, then don't get an APU. Get a 95 WATT FX series processor such as the FX-6300 or FX-8300. If you plan to game, you will also need a graphics card.

If you don't have the motherboard, then like pit_1209 said, the A10-6800k needs a FM2 motherboard, like he linked. Let us know if you have any other questions.

That apu comes with an integrated gpu better than that geforce so you can sell it or something and when you have the money buy a discrete videocard, a good one.
