Depends on cpu and what you intend to do with said CPU.

The best cooler for the money is a Cooler Master Hyper 212. It is better than that Zalaman air cooler. I tend to prefer air as I am not exactly confident using water cooling either. Also, if the fans go out on the coolermaster, replacement is easy because any 120mm fan will work. :)

+1 For the Hyper 212

I would go for either of those over the two you are asking about. They'll keep your processor nice and cool :)

You will loose ram space with these though if I was going to go for this size I would go with the zalman triple fan but with these big coolers you loose ram

You don't necessarily. It depends on the height of your RAM. I know people with Noctua ND-H14 that have no issues with clearance because they have lower profile RAM.

I'm going to go with this after looking into it my ran is low profile at 2.6 cm and the ram needs to be 4 cm and under fitted for it to go under so think it will work. This cooler has got great reviews and is up the with the d14

I know, that's why I suggested it ;)  I prefer the looks of the Be Quiet one, but they're both awesome.

I looked into it the zalman triple fan clearance is 4 cm. My low profile range is 2.6 in fitted. So if will fit I only got two modules too

If you equip the 212 with 2 cougar turbine fans it will be silent with both fans running at 100% power.

And it will only allow your stock CPU w/turbo enabled to rise by 15 degrees from the just-turned-on cold temperature after running a game like Battlefield on ultra for a couple of hours.
