I have a Seasonic ECO 600 Watts, and a MSI GTX 600 OC 2 GB, which comes with two molex connectors (three pins)and i have a cable extending from my SMPS that has three of such four pin connectors that can fit in it perfectly, but do i need to connect both cables or just one?

Thanks in advance.

Solution
You need to connect both 6 pin connectors on the card whether it is with one cable or two it does not matter! Looking at your PSU you only have 2 x 6 pin PCIe power available!
If you are talking about the adapter that came with the card you do not need it since your PSU has the correct connectors for the card!

Googled it, the Molex connector - 3 pin.

Thank you for your help, i am shutting down my PC right now and connecting my GPU with PSU cable.

Yes use the connector directly from your PSU since the adapter is only if you do not have the correct connector on the PSU.
