speakers and headset at same time ? how ?

ok i dont know which sound card do i have here is my bill,my front jack is not working,rear one is which where i put speakers,and on front jack i put headset but its not working,i dont have audio manager

ok guyts i installed drivers and its working,but there is new problem now, on my front panel jack,left and right headphones are swapped,what should i hear on my left i hear on my right,i guess that is error when i bought it,is there a program who can swap it ?

is it safe to just use this cable http://m4.sourcingmap.com/photo_new/...005_ux_g03.jpg on rear jack and forget about front jack because its fu**ed up ? as i mentioned front jack is swapped R and L so i cant play fps games like that
